What To Know About The C12 Business Forum
What is a C12 business forum?
A gathering of 10-12 non-competing business executives committed to helping each other grow.
What are the criteria for Membership?
To be a C12 member, you must be a Christian business owner or C-level executive with P&L responsibility for a company with at least $5M in revenue.
What do you expect from Members?
Membership requires a commitment to participating in monthly meetings, agreeing to a doctrine of faith and abiding by a pledge of confidentiality.
What is a Key Player?
Key Players are members of the CEO’s leadership team who have the opportunity to participate in a separate C12 meeting designed for development, alignment, leadership, and business acumen.
What if I travel a lot and can’t always make a meeting?
As a C12 member, you make a commitment to a home forum and to not missing more than two meetings in a 12-month period. As part of a nationwide network, C12 members do have the option of participating as a guest at another C12 forum if attending your home forum is not an option.
Are there any other opportunities to participate if I’m not a Christian leader?
Yes. C12 hosts multiple events throughout the year that do not require membership and are open to all Maryland business leaders.
What’s the cost of C12 membership?
The biggest investment is time (one day per month). Beyond that, there is an annual membership fee.
Is C12 a networking group?
No. C12 is a combination of a think-tank, a mastermind, and an accountability group where a small group of executives are committed to each others’ growth. Solicitation is not permitted.
Where do we meet?
Monthly CEO meetings are hosted in historic downtown Frederick, MD, one hour from Washington DC and Baltimore, MD. Options for participating virtually are available on an as-needed basis.
